warning 1909

i have an installation question. When the installation gets to the end and is at 100%, and when it is creating shortcuts, i get an error, "Warning 1909: could not create the following shortcut Install DirectX9.0c.lnk. blah, blah, blah...anyone know how to fix this?

Install DirectX9.0c?

but i have installed the direct x wich came with the cd !
