I've emailed Strategy First's tech support, just waiting to hear back from them.

I got an email friday saying they needed me to include my hardware profile number from the installer before I could get a activation key, so hopefully I'll have the key tomorrow.

We haven't heard back from others about this issue (and we know a bunch of people who bought it), so I'm sure it's an isolated event.

Nevertheless, in the coming weeks, many other online retailers are posting it, so you can always use a store you're more comfortable with if you don't want to go through their store.

We'll also start posting outtakes of episode 1 and stuff from the upcoming Santa Banana episode soon.
