When i play the game I just start researching all my destroyer technology and my aircraft carrier. I think this is the best way to go. A destryer outfitted with range 5 or 6 missles, 5 or 6 armor, 5 or 6 countermeasures, and attack range 5 or 6 can do massive damage, and just send in your aircraft carrier to clean up. What strategy do you use?

Aircraft.

While playing Thailand, I concentrated on Aircraft tech and once every air tech was 5 or 6, I invaded and conquered all of Southeast Asia (including Indonesia and Papua New Guinea) in 3 turns. Then invaded India and conquered it in 1 turn. After a few turns of rebuilding planes I conquered China in 1 turn.

Aircraft are overpowered. There should be no way to conquer anything with them, since you'd need at least ground troops for occupation and maintenance of the airfields. Unfortunately, the game isn't realistic.

I never used my Navy in conventional war, but they are useful in Nuclear Warfare. I'll just design a short range nuke, put it on my sub, and sail that firework anywhere in the world!:D

I practically use a mix of Ground and Air to conquest land and Navy to bombard regions and attack naval enemies.

But my favorite is Air.

I agree with my previous statement up there. As any small country, I just invested everything into aircraft until I got to max, at which point I would be invisible. I did this as Estonia once and conquered pretty large parts of Europe. I lost very few aircraft and killed thousands of infantry, aircraft, ships, tanks, APCs, and many more.

Really almost anything would work fine given that the AI (EHE) is typically far behind in technology and last I recall didn't create new designs. You could establish an army of tanks and AA yet be unstoppable with the only difficulty coming from Naval battles. I personally prefered the airforce approach early on and then went on to more land based armies for more even odds and just because it didn't feel as cheap.
